Power Of Government Attorney To Make Complaint
If any decision
or order made by any judicial or quasi-judicial body has an effect in
the title, interest or concern of the Government of Nepal and there is
no authority specified by law to file the case, make appeal or review
petition or make a complaint or petition in any other manner against
such order or decision, the Attorney General or the government
attorney designated by him or her may, subject to law, make a
complaint, appeal or review or other petition to the concerned
authority against such decision or order on that matter.
